Yizumi successfully showcased its advanced technologies in plastics and rubber industries and promoted the corporate image in CHINAPLAS 2012.

CHINAPLAS 2012, Asia's No.1 and world's No.2 plastics and rubber trade fair, took place from April 18-21 in Shanghai New International Expo Center. This year's exposition substantially exceeded the previous CHINAPLAS in size and attracted 2,700 exhibitors from 35 countries and regions. During the four-day exposition, Yizumi reached initial agreements on cooperation with many domestic and foreign customers. High-speed PET preform injection system, High-speed automatic molding system for thin-walled packaging products and F.I.L.O vertical rubber injection machine were the remarkable achievements which Yizumi displayed.

YIZUMI high-speed PET preform injection system, model PET-72A has a 72-cavity mold with daily output of 518, 400 pieces. Employing environment-friendly and energy-saving technologies of servo pump and insulation jacket, the system saves 20%-30% power. The auxiliary linear motor driven extraction robot has the advantages of high speed, energy saving, precise positioning and no friction. The mold used has needle type hot runner and scientifically designed cooling water channel, which solves the common problems like short service life, easy material leakage, poor mold cooling and backward demolding.

YIZUMI high-speed fast food container molding line is a system that provides an integrated solution, including automatic feeding, molding, extraction, stacking and packaging, which improves productive efficiency, lowers the cost and facilitates management. In the trade fair, machine UN320SC performed thin-walled fast food container molding using stack mold with four cavities. The molding cycle is within 5 seconds, which is highly efficient. The system has distinctive features of high repeatability, stable performance, extremely low energy cost and thin-walled product molding.

YL-V220L is a "F.I.L.O" vertical rubber injection machine adopts "first in, first out" injection mode and fixed three-cylinder-balanced injection unit which complies with the rubber injection machine development trend.
