HPM (Hydraulic Press Machine Inc.) was a famous machine manufacturer in Mount Gilead, Ohio U.S.A. With a history of over 130 years, HPM once was the best injection molding machine manufacturer and ranked second among American die casting machine manufacturers. However, HPM was hit hard by the global financial crisis in 2008. On the morning of March 29, 2011 (EST), Lanteky successfully purchased the entire intellectual property of HPM, including all the patented technology of HPM plastics injection molding machine, die casting machine for aluminum and magnesium alloy, production line of plastic sheet extrusion and hydraulic machine, global brand names and trademarks, global supply system, global customer resources and partial precision production facilities of HPM Corporation.

Founded in 1877, U.S. HPM Corporation was one of the excellent manufacturers in machinery industry. Business of HPM started from manufacturing presses for extracting juice. During World WarⅡ, HPM provided hydraulic system and technology for U.S.military. With rapid development of American manufacturing, HPM began to focus on manufacturing advanced equipment and led in the fields of injection molding machine, plastic sheet extruder, heavy duty aluminum & magnesium alloy die casting machine and hydraulic machine. HPM became the supplier of major auxiliary equipment and service for American industries including automobile, electronic information and telecommunication. With world-class leading technology in related areas, the products of HPM were widely sold in United States and other countries. The production bases of HPM included headquarters in Ohio and Hemscheidt Corporation in Germany.

HPM had valuable technology and advanced controlling technique. Established in 2001, Bivouac Engineering & Service Co. was founded by former HPM president William Flickinger (1968-2001 in office) and former HPM Service Manager. Since 2001, Bivouac Engineering & Service Co. has been responsible for after-sales service of HPM machines in North America.

Cooperating with Bivouac Engineering & Service Co., Lanteky will fully take over HPM's business of after-sales service for customers in North America including famous companies like General Motors and Ford Motor, and serve over 7,000 HPM machines used in North America.
