HPM (Hydraulic Press Machine Inc.) was a famous machine manufacturer in Mount Gilead, Ohio U.S.A. With a history of over 130 years, HPM once was the best injection molding machine manufacturer and ranked second among American die casting machine manufacturers. However, HPM was hit hard by the global financial crisis in 2008. On the morning of March 29, 2011 (EST), Lanteky successfully purchased the entire intellectual property of HPM, including all the patented technology of HPM plastics injection molding machine, die casting machine for aluminum and magnesium alloy, production line of plastic sheet extrusion and hydraulic machine, global brand names and trademarks, global supply system, global customer resources and partial precision production facilities of HPM Corporation.
