Award ceremony of “Ten Scholarly Enterprises of Guangdong”, part of the nationwide reading campaign held by Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions in 2013, was held at Pazhou Complex. Yizumi received the honor of “Ten Scholarly Enterprises Candidates of Guangdong”.

This activity is to promote learning enterprises and establishment of employee reading rooms, inspire employees’ passion for reading and improve the quality of employees. Enterprises selected “Ten Scholarly Enterprises of Guangdong”and “Ten Scholarly Enterprises Candidates of Guangdong” will gain books which are worth RMB 15000 and RMB 800 as support for building the employee reading rooms.

To provide outstanding reading conditions for employees, Yizumi equips its reading room with a substantial amount of books and four computers to meet the need of online reading. Yizumi also spares no effort to improve expertise of the staff:
1. Making individual training plans for employees at different posts, evaluating the training, following the feedback and adjusting the plans in time.
2. Holding a series of competitions with a theme of “improving skills”in the second half of a year.
3. Setting up “Yi Ge Training College”to cultivate company’s outstanding lecturers since 2012.
4. Encouraging the trade union members to take the undergraduate course for further study by undertaking half of the tuition fee. 
5. Setting up “Yizumi Class”with Hujinchao Vocational Middle School and offer an annual 40,000 RMB scholarship and grant to develop talents for the company.
6. Cooperating with Shunde Library in the future to broaden the channels for employees’ reading.
As Yizumi raises the requirements of its employees with rapid development, the company provides more ways for employees for further study, sets up various incentive systems and establishes a positive company culture of learning so that the employees can develop together with the company.
