On January 14, 2012, just about one week before Chinese New Year, Yizumi held a year-end party at Shunde Exhibition Center to thank all the employees' efforts in 2011.
In the elaborate red carpet welcome ceremony, Yizumi's top level leaders such as Chairman Mr.Chen Jinghua, Managing Director and Executive Director Mr. Liang Jinghua warmly shook hands with every "Yi Ge"(Yizumi staff member) attending the party and distributed party souvenir badges, waist drums and small gifts.
The year-end party began with the opening speech from Chairman Mr. Chen Jingcai. Then Managing Director Mr. Richard Yan delivered a speech reviewing Yizumi's performance in 2011, clarifying the value of responsibility-taking spirit and illustrating the future development plan of Yizumi.
Yizumi recorded notable achievement in 2011 with total revenue exceeding 800 million RMB. Operational performance of subordinate three divisions was unprecedentedly enhanced with various and impressive improvements in production management, quality, business development, technical innovation, human resources, executive management and corporate culture, etc.
2012 will be the third year of change and the 10th anniversary of Yizumi's establishment. Meantime, Yizumi will witness the completion of its plants in Wusha and Jiangsu Province, turnover reaching one billion RMB, successful operation of capital market and other great changes. Thanks to the joint efforts of all employees, Yizumi has developed rapidly and successfully for a decade. In the future, Yizumi will implement the "go global" strategy and compete with its counterparts, with the goal of becoming a real multinational corporation and a leader in equipment industry.
In the year-end party, Yizumi's leaders presented prizes to the all award-winning teams and individuals. Varied and colorful performances and programs including cheerful dance, impassioned recitation, launching and handover ceremony and exciting lucky draw enlivened the atmosphere of the party which was full of laughers and applause. Yizumi's high-level leaders also put on thrilling drum performance for the audience, which shortened the distance with employees and brought the party to a climax. Finally, the party ended in the song "genuine hero" sung by all attendees.
