Yizumi Will Unveil New Products at APPLAS 2013

The 13th Asian-Pacific Int’l Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition (APPLAS 2013) will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center during September 3-6. APPLAS has developed into the most important plastics and rubber exhibition in China. Visitors will discover the cutting-edge technology, processing technique, material, products and equipment shown by thousands of well-known companies around the world. APPLAS 2013 will be an excellent opportunity for product promotion and business cooperation.

Focusing on “quick delivery of high-quality products for specific applications”, Yizumi will display the latest technology achievements and present innovative technical turn-key solutions at booth No.420, hall W3. At the exhibition, Yizumi will highlight an 120-ton injection molding machine for cell phone accessories(UN120SJ). and 60-ton all electric injection molding machine (FE60S), and they are specific to rapidly developing industries such as auto parts, electro communication, medicine and packaging in Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta.

UN120SJ injection molding machine works in a high speed smoothly with injection pressure up to 300 Mpa that guarantees producing products with higher ratio of flow path to wall thickness. This machine is 40% faster than the general-purpose injection molding machine and lowers the internal stress of products during high-speed filling to reduce the possibility of deformation. Deviation of temperature control in static test is plus or minus 1℃ and deviation of platen parallelism is within 50% of national standards, with less wear of the mold. This machine is stable in molding with higher degree in automation and deviation of mold opening and clamping precision within ±0.5mm. With 20% less dry cycle time, the machine offers higher productivity.

Yizumi will unveil FE60S all electric injection molding machine, a technical innovation suitable for precision injection molding of products related to packaging, medicine and digital technology. There will be live demonstration of producing medical products with 32-cavity mold and cycle time of only 7 seconds, showing the machine’s competence in large-batch production and precision molding.
