With full preparation, Yizumi showed its latest eye-catching technical achievements—a new series of cold chamber die casting machines—at 2013 Asia-Pacific Die-casting Industry Exhibition (CHINA DIECASTING 2013) starting on September 16 in Dongguan.
This event attracted numerous exhibitors and visitors home and abroad as it represented the most cutting-edge technology, products, R&D achievements in die casting industry and ideal business opportunities. Meantime CHINA DIECASTING 2013 Development Forum was also held by the same organizer—Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (FICMES).
Insisting on the idea of “producing customer-oriented machines” and following international trend, Yizumi managed to design and engineer more reasonable machines with the strengths in people and technology. The new cold chamber die casting machine had pass strict inspection and testing before it was displayed at the trade fair. Based on the previous DM standard series die casting machines, this new product had been optimized in safety, user experience and overall performance and had following features:
l 10-inch touch screen for more convenient human-machine interaction
l More space at core-puller interface for operation, optimized core-puller plug for easier mold installation
l Enhanced machine safety: protective covers added to toggles and injection unit
l Higher rigidity of the major stressed parts to make the machine more robust
l Thicker tail platen and larger thrust face of toggle
l Semi-closed loop control and notably higher degree of automation
l Injection unit adopting electric adjustment of the die casting process, testing and calibration of the shot speed for high stability and real semi-closed loop control
The debut of Yizumi’s new cold chamber die casting machine drew the enquiries of large audiences who expressed strong interest in the new product.

Yizumi also displayed HM-M series hot chamber die casting machine for magnesium alloy. This machine soon became widely popular since it was launched in 2011. Based on professional technology of European and American magnesium alloy die casting machines, this machine has outstanding die casting capacity and becomes the first choice for manufacturing ultra-thin wall magnesium alloy die cast parts applied in 3C industry, including cell phone housings, e-books accessories and tablet computers accessories. During the three-day event, Yizumi received a large number of professional audiences and visitors and they generally thought highly of the exhibits. In addition, the company also acquired dozens of potential orders.
