Yizumi’s seniors including CEO Richard Yan, General Manager of IMM Division Liao Changqing and Production Department Manager Jiao Xiufeng gave a warm welcome to the management team of Framas China Co., Ltd. The visitors not only attended a meeting to discuss lean production and on-site management with Yizumi, but also inspected Yizumi’s workshops later. 

Framas, a Germany company founded in 1948, specialized in developing, manufacturing and selling components for the shoes such as shoe soles and uppers. As a leading company in the industry, Framas has been the partner of world-famous brands including Adidas, Nike and Reebok, and set up offices in the United States, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, China and other countries or regions.

 “Yizumi has been an outstanding supplier of injection molding machines and a good partner of Framas. I hope we will have more interactions and exchanges in company operation, management, technical R&D and corporate culture,” said Mr. Ye, Production Director of Framas China Co., Ltd. Yizumi CEO Richard Yan agreed with Mr. Ye, “Yizumi has been pursing technical innovation and perfect quality. We work hard to create better investment return and experience for customers,” said Yan. 

Understanding Yizumi’s status and future plan, the management team of Framas then inspected Yizumi’s production and assembly workshops. Framas Production Director Mr. Ye spoke highly of Yizumi’s processing techniques, product quality, working environment and employee’s attitude to work. “We’ve been old partners, but this is the first time I visit Yizumi and I think it is modern and professional. Now I know more about this company,”Mr. Ye said.

In the subsequent seminar, Yizumi Production Department Manager Jia Xiufeng shared Yizumi’s experience in continued improvement campaign and lean production with delegation of Framas. “Yizumi’s success, to a large extent, is attributed to coordinated and highly efficient management and operation system emphasizing clear responsibility. For the management of production, Yizumi carries out lean production and abides by the principle of ‘from easy to difficult, from part to whole, central planning and step-by-step implementation’. We focus on reorganizing the processes, reform of part assembly units and improvement in workshop planning and logistics module.” Jia Xiufeng said.

“The atmosphere in a company also has a significant impact on employee’s attitude to work. Yizumi is trying to strengthen the Yi Ge spirit—working as team and continued innovation, improvement and pursuit of excellence—so that employees play an active rather than passive role in their work. This measure really works.” Manager Jia Xiufeng added.

The management team of Framas said the visit to Yizumi was inspiring and they were particularly impressed by Yizumi’s lean production management. “Yizumi’s experience in company management and efficient production management, and their operating model that highlights solidarity, coordination and high efficiency are good examples for us. I think our visit is fruitful and satisfactory,” said the head of Framas management team.
