As a member of BRICS, India achieved eight consecutive years of economic growth in 1990s with average annual GDP growth of 7%-8%. To better support customers and maintain their high satisfaction with Yizumi’s machines, at the beginning of 2013, Yizumi set out to prepare for building a service center in India. When everything including siting, staffing, office decoration and necessary legal documents is confirmed and ready after a series of efforts, Yizumi India Service Center officially opened for business on October 1, 2013.
The newly-built service center is located alongside a highway in Pune, with efficient transport and near a number of vehicle factories such as Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen and Baja. The convenient location offers ideal conditions for providing high-quality and quick services for Yizumi’s current and potential customers nearby.
Designed in typical Yizumi style—a white-green-based decoration style, Yizumi India Service Center occupies an area of 1,500 feet and includes a reception area, staff office, meeting room and a two-floor spare part storage area which contains common parts and components such as tie bars. This will facilitate high-quality after-sales services for customers and minimize negative influence on customers’ production. Getting on the right track, Yizumi’s service center shall provide better experience for customers and develop with customers.
