Yizumi’s confidence in investment is increasing.
With the gavel banged on the table, the auctioneer announced that Yizumi at a price of over RMB 92 million successfully bid for the use right of the 92,257 sqm. land located at Zone A, Shunde Hi-tech Industrial Park, and it is the largest land that Yizumi has ever bought so far. On January 28, 2014, Yizumi signed a sales confirmation in respect of the newly gained land use rights.
At present, Yizumi owns the use rights of land areas of over 300 thousand square meters, including production bases in Ronggui headquarters, Wusha, Wujiang and the land won in bid.
Yizumi is a national hi-tech enterprise focusing on the design, R&D, production, sale and service of molding machines. High-precision injection molding machines, high-quality die casting machines for aluminum and magnesium alloy, high-performance rubber injection machines and high-speed injection molding machines for packaging are the leading products of Yizumi and the Company has gained double-digit revenue growth for consecutive years. At the beginning of 2013, Yizumi put forward a three-year goal of RMB two billion sales revenue in 2015. To fulfill this goal and other future plans, Yizumi has to not only further develop the market, but also diversify the product lines to create business growth points.
The Intent of Creating New Product Lines
For the newly-gained land, Yizumi intends to develop HPM series heavy-duty die casting machines, HPM precision injection molding machines and auxiliary automated equipment for molding machinery there.
Yizumi purchased the intellectual property of U.S. HPM Corporation in 2011 and made progress in development and manufacturing of HPM large tonnage die casting machines and precision injection molding machines in past several years. The Yizumi-developed hi-tech robots and industrial automatic product lines will work with Yizumi’s machines to form injection molding systems and die casting units with higher degree of automation, intelligence and informatization. Development of automated equipment and production lines also boosts the transformation and upgrade of traditional manufacturing of Shunde.
Based on the intellectual property from HPM, developing and selling large tonnage high-performance die casting machines, precision injection molding machines and peripheral industrial automated equipment will consolidate Yizumi’s dominance and gradually make Yizumi the most competitive international molding machinery manufacturer and automation solutions provider in China.
Therefore, buying another industrial land is in line with Yizumi’s development strategy.
Recruiting More Talents
Yizumi plans to invest more than 300 million yuan in the new project at the new site. In addition, Yizumi needs about 900 new staff members to support its business expansion.
Based on the current self-developed automation technology, Yizumi will employ an excellent R&D team to complete the research, development and production of automated peripheral equipment for Yizumi’s machinery.
Yizumi now has a provincial corporate technology center, an engineering center, a post-doctoral R&D center and an outstanding technical team. The future Yizumi will become powerful in not only the industry, but also technology and human resources.
