The 21st China International Exhibition on Packaging Machinery & Materials, known as Sino-Pack 2014, was held at China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex from March 3 to 5. As China’s top packaging trade fair, Sino-Pack 2014 was an ideal platform to showcase the state-of-the-art machinery and technology of the industry.

Guangdong Yizumi High Speed Packaging System Co., Ltd. made its debut with a PAC300 injection molding machine for thinwall packaging at booth 1164, hall 1.1 at Sino-Pack 2014. PAC series injection molding machines are specially developed for thin-walled packaging applications such as containers, bottle caps and medical supplies and feature high efficiency, stability, energy saving and cleanliness.

At the exhibition, the four-cavity Yizumi PAC 300 injection molding machine produced 1000ml thin-walled fast food containers within 6-second cycles including that of the side-in servo robot. Compared with the traditional two-cavity injection molding system, PAC machine increases efficiency by 30%-40%. Thanks to the high-performance servo pump system, PAC injection molding machine achieves notable energy savings, features the concept of being “highly-efficient, precise, economical, reliable, energy-saving and environment-friendly” and leads the trend in packaging.
