Yizumi Provides Timely Free Service for Flooded Machines

In May, Guangdong province was hit by rounds of torrential rain, which caused flood in many cities like Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhuhai and Jianmen.

Yizumi’s leaders were highly concerned with the possibility that customers’ injection molding machines flooded due to the heavy rain. On May 10, Yizumi launched the contingency plan and set up an emergency response team led by the customer service department. Yizumi’s regional offices formed squads of service engineers who visited customers to check whether their machines flooded and worked out emergency measures. Yizumi also informed customers of the solutions to handling the flooded machines via the website, WeChat, text message and other channels. In addition, Yizumi provided free repair service for customers, helping them solve problems in the shortest time. 

On May 12, emergency occurred in Dongguan City. Nearly 20 injection molding machines in several customers’ factories were flooded and in urgent need of repair, but Yizumi’s Dongguan squad was understaffed. At Dongguan squad’s request for backup at 9am, Yizumi’s emergency response team immediately sent 3 service engineers from headquarters and additional engineers from other regional offices to support the repair work in Dongguan. At 1 pm, the service personnel were working hard at customers’ factories to repair the flooded machines and tried to help customers resume production as soon as possible and minimize the loss.

In the case of recent rainstorm and other emergencies, Yizumi aims to offer flexible after-sales service and immediately solve customer’s problems on site, which reflects the company’s mission of “Provide customers with better investment return and experience” and is highly spoke of by customers.
