On June 17-22, The 8th China International Diecasting Congress & Exhibition was held in Shanghai. Yizumi showed a hot chamber die casting machine and a real-time control cold chamber die casting machine with new electric control valve in the event, which attracted much attention.

During the three-day conference which was held before the exhibition, Mr. Zhang Xinhua, the chief developer of YIZUIM real-time control die casting machine, made a speech at the academic conference which focused on the development trend of die casting technology, technical design, research and development of new materials, market demand, etc.

On June 20, the opening ceremony of exhibition was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center. Mrs. Li Yejun, General Manager of Yizumi Die Casting Machine Division, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony as the corporate representative.

The 8th China International Diecasting Exhibition exceeded the previous ones in size and level of exhibits, and it attracted exhibitor groups from Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, China and other countries and regions. Yizumi's booth was at the center of the exhibition hall, with the logo "China Famous Trademark" catching people's eyes. In this show, Yizumi displayed the latest real-time control die casting machine which had better performance because Yizumi made important technical improvement on traditional die casting machine using hand wheel-controlled cartridge valve. 

As Yizumi's technician introduced, the new electric control valve has the maximum air shot speed of 8m/s with mean error of ±0.04%m/s compared with the traditional cartridge valve. The new valve can realize full-opening flow control and work well without failure when the oil cleanness is NAS 8 level. With a feedback device, the new valve has the function of automatic control with PLC and saves the set data, which is safe, convenient and reliable. So far, the electric control valve developed by Yizumi has been sold in market and widely recognized by customers.
