The 5th Ningbo Foundry and Die Casting Exhibition was held at Intex Ningbo April 17-19, with larger exhibition area and more exhibitors. Yizumi also took part in the show and displayed a DM500 real-time control energy-saving servo die casting machine that worked with the peripheral equipment to form a die casting unit and demonstration production at the delicate booth, at a conspicuous location of the pavilion.

Energy-saving servo technology is a great breakthrough in the field of hydraulic drive of die casting machine. With the application of this advanced technology, the increase of oil temperature can be effectively restricted; hydraulic parts and the die casting machine are more durable with better performance. According to the test results, Yizumi’s servo die casting machine saves energy by 40%-70% in actual production, raises production efficiency by 5%-12% and theoretically offers investment return in 8 to 10 months.

The exhibition attracted Buhler, Frech, Toshiba and domestic large die casting machine manufacturers. In addition to die casting machines, products relating to foundry, forging, pressing, physical and chemical testing were showcased as well. Active trade and communication were seen everywhere in the exposition.
