Yizumi will Show Innovative Products for Various Applications at Chinaplas 2014
Chinaplas 2014 will be held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from April 23 to 26. Yizumi, a hi-tech enterprise focusing on design, R&D, manufacture, sale and service of molding machines, is leading the way in injection molding. Based on “quick delivery of high-quality products for specific applications”, Yizumi will display four innovative turn-key solutions for various applications at booth E3F41 during CHINAPLAS 2014.
Two-platen injection molding machine (UN1000DP)
Specially designed for automotive and other deep-cavity products, Yizumi two platen injection molding machine takes German technology as a benchmark and obtains five national patents. The machine will produce car grille at the exhibition to demonstrate its high precision and stability.
l Highly-efficient: diagonally-located high-speed cylinders, extremely short stroke for clamping pressure build-up, differential pressure relief oil circuit, fast clamping, dry cycle time of 6 seconds, greatly shortened molding cycle and improved production efficiency.
l Precise: high-rigidity platens and high-precision control of platen parallelism, movable platen controlled by high-speed proportional valve, slight friction of mold opening and closing, more precise control of the mold opening and closing and the nut-type brake mechanism ensuring extremely high precision machine movements.
l Energy-saving: A series of servo motor-driven systems whose power range from 80 to 500kW, with flow and pressure under closed-loop control. Friction-free tie bars and linear guide rail of injection unit also make the machine as energy saving as an all-electric injection molding machine.
l Safe: User-friendly auxiliary equipment interface and design conforming to multiple safety standards (GB, CE, and UL etc.) ensure a safer and more reliable production process.
All-electric injection molding machine (FE260S)
Yizumi’s first self-developed all-electric injection molding machine is based on the characteristics of European and Japanese counterparts and features “speedy, precise, silent, energy-saving and stable”. The product is widely applicable to technically-demanding plastic processing industries, especially photoelectric equipment, medical equipment, automotive accessories, electronic and electric appliances and food packaging. The machine will work with a 2-cavity mold to produce 0.60mm-thick iPhone5s cases.
l 12-inch LCD screen and high value-added software make the operating system more user-friendly. Three-minute mastery of the machine operation greatly enhances efficiency.
l Highly-efficient precise injection molding, dry cycle time ≤ 1 second, the shortest injection molding cycle ≤ 3 seconds, product repeatability ≤0.03mm, energy saving of 75% and qualified product rate ≥99%.
l Consistency and progress in R&D technology result in a simpler and smoother injection molding process, and provide better investment return and experience for customers.
l The machine conforms to China’s GB22530 national standard.
Injection molding machine for high-end smart phone accessory (UN160SJ)
This machine is Yizumi’s latest R&D result that is designed for electronics, electrical, household appliances, LED electro-optical industries and based on the future development of high-end smart phone market. With outstanding performance in product repeatability, plasticizing rate, power consumption, noise and other technical parameters, this injection molding machine is also suitable for producing LED lens, thin-walled PC parts and small precision parts. At Chinaplas 2014, this machine will manufacture plastic mobile phone cases to show its high precision.
l High speed and stability: Injection speed is 40% higher than that of general machines. High-speed mold filling causes little internal pressure of the product and reduces deformation. Injection pressure over 300Mpa ensures successful molding of products with higher ratio of flow path to wall thickness.
l Shorter dry cycle with production efficiency up by 10%-20% compared with general injection molding machines, higher precision of mold clamping and opening with deviation of ±0.5mm, stable molding and higher degree of automation.
l Patented barrel ring design that brings energy savings of 5%-8% for the barrel heating part in static test, high -precision temperature control with deviation of ±1℃ in static test, convenient process adjustment and stability control
l High-strength screw made of fully hard steel alloy increases durability and prevents black spot due to breaking and bending.
l Deviation of platen parallelism is within 50% of national standards, reducing the wear of mold and extending its service life.
High-speed injection molding machine for thin wall packaging (PAC300)
This latest machine is specified to thin-walled packaging applications such as thin-walled containers, bottle caps and medical devices, featuring high efficiency, stability, energy saving and cleanliness. Yizumi is committed to raising the input-output ratio, providing systematic solutions that include mold and auxiliary equipment and promoting the transition from extensive development to intensive development of the industry. Yizumi’s machine, equipped with a servo take-out robot, will demonstrate injection molding of 1000ml thin-walled fast food containers. Total cycle time including robot extraction time is within 6 seconds.
l High-rigidity clamping unit greatly minimizes deformation of platens and makes the machine perfectly qualified for molding thin-walled parts with strict requirements. Stress is well distributed to the mold which gets better protection.
l Optimized toggles make mold opening and closing smoother.
l The single-cylinder injection unit features compact structure and little inertia, notably increases the injection precision and ensures perfect molding of high-precision products.
l High-strength machine base increases machine’s stability.
