Machine Tool Indonesia 2013(The 27th International Machine Tool, Metalworking & Allied Industries Exhibition) as one of the most important events in Jakarta was open on December 4. The entrances to the pavilion were crowded with exhibitors and audience from around the world. After the continued depreciation of Indonesia rupiah, it seemed that attendees expect an increase in transaction at the trade show. At the booth with lots of foot traffic, Yizumi and its Indonesian agent Herman Industries have been well prepared to welcome customers from all over the world.
At this international exhibition, Yizumi displayed a standard die casting machine and highlighted its feature of “realize world-class shot performance”: extremely fast shot speed and shot pressure build-up time. Yizumi has mastered advanced engineering technology of die casting machine and machine’s performance in all technical indicators excels other domestic products of the same kind. Outstanding machine performance represents Yizumi’s strength at the international level.
Yizumi’s high-precision equipment attracted a large number of interested audience members, including Mr. Heru Trisabarto who spoke highly of Yizumi. Mr. Heru Trisabarto was from Indonesia’s BUKAKA Group, a leading company engaged in forging industry and planning to get into die casting industry. He indicated that due to Indonesia’s limited industrial level, local die casting industry mainly used manual equipment or CNC machine tools and adopted the mode of family-workshop-based manufacturing. For high precision field, expensive Japan-made machines took up the majority of market share. Yizumi’s entry into Indonesia promoted development of local die casting industry and offered more choices for machine users. It should be noticed that Yizumi’s machines met international standards in terms of configuration and technical parameters. Chinese products now have a heavy presence in the world market as they are locally well designed and manufactured instead of finished products processed in China and designed in Europe, North America or Japanese.
