During December 5-8, 2013, Yizumi and its Turkish agent GENERAL MAKINA took part in the 23th International Istanbul Plastics Industry Fair, which was Yizumi’s fifth participation in this event.  At a booth of 120 sq m, Yizumi showed two models of injection molding machines: UN200SM2 and UN260A2.

UN200SM2 is a Yizumi-developed energy-saving servo injection molding machine that has standard features including a Japanese-made YUKEN ASE servo pump system, MITSUBISHI servo driver and servo motor with high energy efficiency and smooth operation, as well as Japan’s STAR high-performance controller with scanning time of 1ms. At the exhibition, this machine was shown with a 2+2 cavity automatic iPhone 5 cases production system that consists of the injection molding machine, raw material processing system, mold, automatic removal and assembly robot and conveyor. This injection molding product line can meet customer’s demand for fully automatic production.

Yizumi’s exhibits indicate that the company emphasizes providing one-stop service and optimum turnkey solution for customers, and focuses on enhancing the automation degree of equipment.

Effect of the trade fair was immediate and remarkable. Yizumi received not only a large number of local regular and new customers, but also buyers from the Middle East who would like to discuss business cooperation. Quite a few regular customers had intent to buy Yizumi’s large tonnage machines, which indicated that the demand for large machines increased in Turkey and Yizumi’s equipment was recognized by Turkish customers. It was believed that Yizumi’s machines would sell much better in the future.
