Recently, delegation consisting of officials from Shunde government and town level governments, led by Party Secretary of Shunde Liang Weidong, visited Yizumi (Wusha factory) to research and inspect the operation of the Company and to hold a seminar on how to progress the project and support the development of enterprises.

Liang Weidong fully recognized Yizumi’s achievement in upgrade and transformation. He said that Yizumi’s decision to build additional factory in Wusha was closely related to Shunde’s strong manufacturing base, complete supporting facilities of industrial chain and high-quality of government services. Only by further enhancing the quality and efficiency of government services can Shunde consolidate and upgrade its traditional advantages.

Liang Weidong stressed that departments at all levels in Shunde should work tirelessly to improve the public well-being and promote the development of enterprises in accordance with certain requirements. First, the departments should greatly promote the launch and progress of more great projects and actively request more resources from the superior. Second, the departments should take the initiative to find out and understand the needs of enterprises, and help them solve problems. Third, the departments should give full play to the power of market and actively mobilize local entrepreneurs to use their wisdom and vigor. Fourth, the departments should boldly promote administrative innovation and effectively solve the problems of enterprises under laws. Fifth, the departments, especially the department of planning and land resources should unswervingly push forward the reform of administrative review and approval system in order to enhance the service awareness and improve service efficiency. Sixth, the departments should strengthen the sense of urgency and a sense of crisis. The leaders should be responsible and capable of outstanding achievements. The accountability mechanisms should be implemented to create a good atmosphere for hard working and starting business and to further strengthen the core competencies in regional sustainable development.
