June 24, 2014, the 1st Session of the 7th Guangdong Die & Mould Industry Association (GDMA) Congress was held at Yizumi, with the attendance of 160 corporate members and some well-known enterprises home and abroad, including Foxconn, EVA HOLDINGS, Lung Kee, Gree, Midea, Kunda, Hisense Kelon, Samsung Group, FAW, GAC Group and Dongfeng Nissan (mold factory). Yizumi was the co-organizer in charge of the arrangements for this great annual event of GDMA.
Two technical seminars themed on die casting compression molding and injection molding were respectively held at Yizumi’s headquarters and Yizumi’s Wusha Factory. Both venues were well arranged for the event. In addition to attending a meeting, the guests also visited the production sites and shared Yizumi’s experience in production management.
Yizumi’s senior executives, including CEO Richard Yan, General Manger of IMM Division Liao Changqing, Deputy General Manager of IMM Division Li Donghai, General Manger of DCM Division Gao Chao and Deputy General Manger of DCM Division Li Qianhu attended the event and briefed the guests on the status quo of Yizumi. The attendees then had a discussion on the slowdown in the manufacturing growth and necessary upgrade of the equipment sector because of global competition.
Facing fierce competition and the need of transformation and upgrading, Yizumi is trying to promote the industry-related diversification strategy, to establish close partnership with enterprises in equipment industry, to diversify the product lines and improve technology on the basis of complementary advantages. Yizumi also hopes to cooperate with Guangdong Die & Mould Industry Association and its members to improve the product quality and work out better solutions, for the purpose of creating better investment return and experience for customers.
