On July 22, CHINA DIECASTING 2014 opened at Shanghai New International Expo Center opened. During the three-day exhibition, Yizumi showed a die casting unit consisting of a DM400 real-time control energy-saving servo die casting machine and auxiliary equipment and provided free demonstration of automated production.
The event hit the historical record for the largest scale and the most exhibitors: there were 12,300 square meters of exhibiting area and 154 exhibitors, 15 of which had a large booth covering an area of over 100 sqms. As a top event for die casting industry, CHINA DIECASTING 2014 was the showcase for advanced products involving the whole industry chain, including the die casting machines, peripherals, die cast parts, dies, raw materials and computer-aided software. Yizumi and industry leaders such as Frech, Buhler, Sanji, L.K. and Toshiba took part in the exhibition.
With increasing pressure to cut costs, people have gradually focused on innovation, efficiency and automation when buying die casting machines. In this exhibition, Yizumi displayed its self-developed die casting machine—an application of energy-saving servo technology and a significant breakthrough in hydraulic drive technology of die casting machine geared to customer’s need. The pre-delivery no-load test and energy efficiency test in actual production show that Yizumi’s servo die casting machine brings remarkable energy savings and economic benefits, greatly improves production efficiency and effectively restricts the increase of temperature so that the hydraulic parts and machine are more durable with better performance.
To respond to the market demand, Yizumi actively develops and trial produces energy-saving servo die casting machines. The fourth-generation die casting machines are launched already and widely popular with customers. During the exhibition, numerous visitors came to Yizumi’s booth, inquired about the machine and expressed interest in cooperating with Yizumi.
