Yizumi and its Egyptian agent NASSAR PLASTIC AND PIPE FACTORIES participated in PLASTEX 2014 that was held in Cairo, Egypt during August 30 to September 2.
The plastics industry in Egypt is growing steadily, with total consumption of plastic raw materials in 2013 up to $ 2.4 billion. With more new factories, the market demand will maintain increasing in the next few years. As the situation in Egypt becomes stable and demonstrations stop, investment gradually revives. To further develop the market in Egypt, the Middle East and North Africa, Yizumi showed a UN650SM2-UPVC injection molding machine, with the largest tonnage among equipment at the exhibition, to demonstrate on-site production.
Yizumi’s exhibited machine, which is equipped with a Japan-made servo pump system and configured with injection unit much more advanced than other domestic counterparts, manufactures UPVC pipe fittings in a four-cavity mold. During the trade fair, Yizumi received more than two hundred customers from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Yemen, Bahrain and other countries and managed to conclude a contract of six injection molding machines for UPVC applications.
