The 16th DMP and 2014 International (Dongguan) Metal Casting Show will be held from November 19-22 in Dongguan. The exhibits cover a wide range of industries: metal products manufacturing, plastic products manufacturing, machinery and production equipment manufacturing, mould making, electronics, computers, telecommunication products, automotive, home electrical appliances, toys, furniture, construction materials and medical equipment.

Yizumi is to participate in the exhibition and to show two advanced die casting machines that will demonstrate automated production at booth 6G01. One is DM400 real-time control servo cold-chamber die casting machine and the other is HM180H hot-chamber die casting machine. The former one is a high-quality self-developed product that is based on the latest servo drive technology and Yizumi’s rich experience in servo-motor-driven injection molding machines. This cold-chamber die casting machine has the following advantages:

· Highly-efficient: with quick response of servo system, pressure increasing from 0 to 100% takes 30ms at most, improving productivity by 5%-12%.
   · Energy-saving: High energy-saving rate per cycle. High pressure throttling is completely eliminated, saving energy by 40%-70%.
   · Low cost: Cooling water consumption is reduced by over 30% and in certain conditions water cooling is not even needed, which extends the service life of hydraulic parts and cuts costs of repairing.
   · Environmentally-friendly: In non-operating state, the servo motor stops and produces no noise. Relatively short time of full-load operation greatly reduces the noise level.

As for HM180H hot chamber die casting machine, it is widely used in manufacturing toys, locks, hardware decorative parts, electrical and electronic castings, auto parts, housings and metal fittings of clothes etc. The machine has the following advantages:

· The injection system has three-phase control: slow injection, fast injection and intensification, which is suitable for producing high-quality castings.
   · High-speed clamping control and accumulator facilitate higher efficiency.
   · Tie bars are made of high-strength alloy steel and plated with hard chromium, with stronger wear-resistance and longer life.
   · Platens are made of quenched and tempered C45 steel with higher strength and rigidity, which ensures stability of castings.
