The First Yizumi VIP Customer Training Camp Kicks Off

November 24, 2014, Yizumi Wusha Factory received a number of guests who attended Yizumi VIP customer training camp 2014.

To express gratitude to customers for their continued trust and support, Yizumi, a company that has been adhering to the customer-centric idea, set up Yizumi Business School that has held training activities for customers in their factories or cities since establishment. Though the past training activities in the form of face-to-face sharing session already won praise from customers, Yizumi decided to hold the event in a different way based on past successful experience. This time both new and old customers all over China were invited to Yizumi to attend the training camp which featured a strong lineup of lecturers and rich content.

The customer training camp started on November 24 and lasted for five days. Trainees were the mid-level management and technical cadres of the customer companies, including production supervisors, equipment section chiefs and maintenance supervisors. The experienced lecturer team was made up by leaders above section level from Yizumi’s Technology Department, Marketing Department and Customer Service Department, etc. The training courses covered expertise relating to management and injection molding machines. Specific content included introduction of hydraulic system, mechanical structure, electrical control unit, servo system and common controllers of injection molding machines, selection of injection molding machines, technologies and trouble shooting of injection molding and maintenance of injection molding machines, etc.

Yizumi hopes that the VIP customer training camp will be developed into an interactive platform through which customers can not only acquire more expertise in injection molding machines, but also know more about Yizumi, achieving a real win-win situation.
