From September 6 to 9, the 12th Asian-Pacific International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition (APPLAS 2011) was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center. With decent and simple stand design, Yizumi displayed a series of new products, which successfully left a deep impression on customers.

As one of the most important biennial plastics and rubber exhibitions in the world, APPLAS 2011 had an exhibition area of 46,000sq.m. More than 800 exhibitors home and abroad, 4,000 overseas buyers from the world’s top 30 international retailers and 20,000 trade visitors took part in the exhibition.

Yizumi showed two models of injection molding machine: UN260SM2 and UN160SM2 in the exhibition. They met the market demand of East China and attracted a number of customers. UN 260SM2 injection molding machine for fast food container had a distinctive performance in energy saving and repeatability. ASR servo pump system, adopted by UN160SM2 high-performance injection molding machine for electronics, had the following advantages compared with other servo systems: First, the pump, driver and servo motor matched as a whole with better compatibility. Second, there was less internal leakage and better performance in stability and energy saving. Third, the system had outstanding low speed, low pressure and control accuracy performance. Fourth, the amount of discharge could be changed automatically and long-time pressure holding was achieved. The live production of transparent light guide plate with UN160SM2 injection molding machine interested many professional clients.

Eastern China is not only a fast developing area, but also an important base for the R&D and production of plastic raw material. Yizumi’s successfully participation in APPLAS 2011 will effectively facilitate the exploitation of eastern China market and further the influence of Yizumi in larger areas.
