Yizumi held a reception for management associates of 2013 on July 23, with the attendance of top executives such as CEO Richard Yan, General Manager of Injection Molding Machine Division Liao Changqing and Deputy General Manager of Die Casting Machine Division Gao Chao.

As a company of growth prospective, Yizumi recruits graduates from national key universities and colleges and develops them to be the next generation of leaders at Yizumi. Statistics show that the number of management associates at Yizumi is increasing, and even breaks the record this year; 63 management associates consist of 58 undergraduates and 9 postgraduates, which is the highest ever recorded.

At the beginning of the meeting, CEO Richard Yan introduced Yizumi’s mission, aim, vision and development plan in detail. He shared his experience and opinion on role definition and encouraged the new employees to learn more and work hard for a better future of themselves as well as the company. General Manager of Injection Molding Machine Division Liao Changqing had high hopes for management associates of the year and promised that Yizumi would provide them with a broad platform for career development and a wide range of training courses to improve their expertise. Deputy General Manager of Die Casting Machine Division Gao Chao recognized the unique ideas and innovative thinking of these young employees and hoped they would adapt to the new environment as soon as possible.

At the end of the meeting, some outstanding management associates of previous years talked about their work experience and lessons learned from Yizumi, which had positive guiding significance for their new fellows. Representatives of management associates of the year also shared their thoughts and feelings about their one-month working at Yizumi and showed their determination of being a qualified employee who would raise their job skills by practice and learning.
