Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. will make its debut during October 16 and 23 at K 2013, which is the No.1 international trade fair for plastics and rubber, an ideal showcase for Yizumi’s overall strength and a platform for brand promotion. Yizumi will show two injection molding machines: model UN200SM2 (automatic production line for Iphone 5 case) and model UN260SC (high-speed in-mold labeling production line for thin-walled container) at Booth 14A34 covering an area of 153 sqm. The machines will operate together with the high-speed automatic integrated systems for live demo, offering turnkey solutions to global clients.  

UN200SM2 is a Yizumi-developed energy-saving servo injection molding machine that featuring YUKEN ASE servo pump system, MITSUBISHI servo driver and servo motor with less energy consumption and smooth operation, Japan STAR high-performance controller with scanning time of 1ms. This machine will be shown with the 2+2 automatic Iphone 5 cases production system that consists of injection molding machine, raw material processing system, mold, automatic removal and assembly system and conveyor. This injection molding line will meet customer’s demand for highly automatic production.

UN260SC injection molding machine is tailored for high-speed injection molding of thin-walled packaging applications and is featuring accumulator-supported hydraulic system, servo close-loop control of injection, holding pressure and mold opening & closing, maximum injection speed up to 600mm/s, synchronized plasticizing and ejection, dry cycle time less than 2 seconds and whole molding cycle within 5 seconds. Available for high-speed precise production, this injection molding machine will run with in-mold labeling system and auxiliary equipment to demonstrate the manufacturing of thin-walled packaging containers in a two-cavity mold, showing automation and environmental protection in the process of product labeling, removal and stacking.
