The prime concern was to decide the person to be the president of HPM North America Corporation who should be familiar with not only the operation system of American companies and law system, but also the product lines and market of HPM. Finally, Mr.Flickinger filled this post of great importance to the success of HPM North America Corporation. Mr. Flickinger, with 33-year-working experience in former HPM, began as a mechanical engineer and progressed to the engineering vice president, and finally president. He also established Bivouac Engineering & Sservice Co., LLC with HPM Service Manager Mr. Daniel Kane to provide parts and service for over 20,000 HPM machines. During the acquisition of HPM, Yizumi Managing Director Mr. Richard Yan had a special talk with Mr. Flickinger about his appointment and purchase of BIVOUAC. Reluctant to abandon HPM and ready to put it back at its peak, Mr. Flickinger accepted the job offer and agreed on Yizumi's acquisition of BIVOUAC which would be merged into HPM North America Corporation as an office offering service and parts for HPM customer in North America.

As the location of former HPM, Mt.Gilead was sparsely inhabited and far away from the capital of Ohio, HPM North America Corporation was newly built in Marion, with a 30-minute and 40-minute drive to Mt. Gilead and Columbus. The convenient traffic facilitates customer's visit to HPM North America Corporation in the future.

HPM North America Corporation was incorporated on July 15th, 2011 in Columbus, Ohio and joined NADCA (North American Die Casting Association) to become a corporate member in August. Responding to the call of Mr. Flickinger, several senior technical experts of former HPM re-joined the newly established HPM North America Corporation. Currently, HPM North America Corporation prioritizes business of die casting machine and develops that of injection molding, rubber injection molding and plastic extrusion machinery later. So far, HPM North America Corporation has handled business enquiries from customers of its predecessor such as RTP, GE, ALBANY CHICAGO and ORLICK with some orders under discussion. Moreover, GE's ten-billion-dollar project of plant rebuilding and equipment upgrade significantly adds to the business of BIVOUAC.

The new 2000-ton HPM die casting machine being developed adopts former HPM shot mechanism of C-shaped bracket and optimized real-time control technology, meets the North American Machinery Safety Standards and is based on Yizumi's strong machining capability. It is estimated that this HPM die casting machine will be globally launched in mid-2012.

With SPI membership restored, HPM North America Corporation furthermore becomes a formal fellow member. From April 1 - 5, the Company will exhibit in one of the most important events in plastic industry—NPE 2012 in Florida USA, which marks the official start of  HPM North America Corporation's business of injection molding machine.

HPM, the historic U.S. company founded in 1877, was moved out of troughs and reborn with new business operation pattern. With the full support of Yizumi, HPM North America Corporation will continue to make outstanding achievement in the future.
