In June 2013, the third HPM 2000-ton cold chamber die casting machine was packed into the container and shipped to Canada from Yizumi after the Canadian customer ORLICK sent an engineer to inspect and accept the machine. Learning from the acceptance check earlier before, Yizumi had improved the 2000-ton machine before the final inspection so that the customer was satisfied with the good.
Soon after the delivery of two HPM 2000-ton die casting machines last year, the Canadian customers placed an order of two additional machines, showing confidence in the brand of YIZUMI and HPM.
Based on HPM’s 134-year-old technology and modern control technology, the third 2000-ton die casting machine inherits the features of HPM cold chamber die casting machine: strong toggles, compact control unit, closed-loop digital real-time control, servo-controlled safety gates and sealed thread conforming to Germany’s DIN standard. These characteristics make the machine safer and more reliable.
The fourth HPM 2000-ton die casting machine is about to be shipped as well. With the delivery of these two large tonnage machines, HPM North America will draw the attention of more customers and enhance its brand image. Yizumi and HPM NA will also be experienced of the R&D of large tonnage die casting machines in the future.
