Lanteky is very concerned about the life of employees. In addition to social insurance, Lanteky offers other kinds of welfare for our staff.

We regularly tailor workwear for our staff and provide appliances for labor protection to meet the needs of their jobs.

We have canteens where our staff can enjoy nutritious meals freely.

We have employee dormitories which are well furnished, with supporting facilities including reading rooms, activity rooms and broadband access.

Transportation:

We have several regular buses to pick up employees to commute. In addition, there is a overtime bus to serve the employees who work extra hours.

Recreation:

Lanteky began the construction of Lanteky Sports Park which is located at the opposite of the head office in 2011.

Yi Ge Mutual Fund:

We have set up an employees mutual fund. The funds come from employee's voluntary monthly donation and supplementary financial allocation from Lanteky Group and the company executives. Employees can apply for aid from the mutual fund when they come across awful trouble. Since the employees mutual fund was founded, it has helped nearly one hundred employees who were in adversity. With the mutual fund, Lanteky people feel the warmth from the Lanteky family.

Health Care:

We pay great attention to the health of our staff. Our company is equipped with basket courts and table tennis rooms and building a sports park for recreation. We conduct training on safe production and health lectures for employees.

Paid leave:

To work is to live a better. We advocate that employees get enough rest after work. The staff members will be offered paid leave when they join us. The days of paid vocation will increase with seniority.

Holiday Regards:

On traditional holidays such as Mid-autumn Festival, Chinese New Year and Women's Day, we deliver exquisite gifts to our staff members to share the festival joy.

Social Insurance and Housing Fund:

To liberate the employees from economic worry of their lives, we buy endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance and maternity insurance and pay the public housing fund for our staff in accordance with the law.
