Clamping Unit
- Clamping force from 8000 to 32000 kN.
- More space-saving, shorter response time, longer life of mold and higher degree of platen parallelism.
- Short tie bars and quick mold change: Mold setup at the rear of machine is available, facilitating adding the tie bar pulling device.
- Larger mold thickness, longer mold opening stroke, longer distance between tie bars and bigger mold opening force.
- Mounting large cylinders to the fixed platen reduces the load of movable platen. High-performance seals and precisely-machined short-stroke cylinder quicken the reaction to pressure build-up and make low-pressure mold protection more sensitive.
