Through upgrading the processing equipment in quality and quantity, Lanteky improves the processing capacity of components, shortens the delivery time and possesses several automatic systems that can work unattended. Lanteky has an integrated MIS system allowing efficient sharing of information.

1. Czech TOS WRD150Q Machining Center
It is responsible for the processing of large workpieces. The machining center is equipped with Siemens 840D system which has advantages of good stability, high repeatability and strong mechanical force, etc. The workbench can rotate in arbitrary angle with load capacity of 60 tons.

2. Japan MAZAK 8800
With the system developed by MITSUBISHI, processing proceeds under safe totally-enclosed circumstance. Tool changing and moving of worktable is quick and smooth. Machine operation is user-friendly. Two worktables take turns to work, which ensures the high efficiency of machining.

3. Japan TOSHIBA BTD-110H.R16
With self-developed TOSHIBA 999 System, processing proceeds under semi-enclosed circumstance. The five-axis workbench can rotate at precise angles and process most of small and medium workpieces. The machine tool has advantages of stable performance, strong mechanical force and high machining precision.

4. Japan MORI SEIKI NH8000
The use of FRANK System makes sure that processing proceeds under safe totally-enclosed circumstance. Strong hydraulic pressure and high cleaning performance effectively reduce the wear of machine tool. Two worktables automatically take turns to work.

5. Japan TOSHIBA BTD-130H. R22
With similar functions with BTD-110.R16, BTD-130H.R22 is mainly for processing large and medium workpieces

Self-made Parts Working on 100% self-made key components To improve quality of products and shorten delivery time, Lanteky greatly increases the proportion of self-manufactured parts. If purchased parts are heavily used in manufacture, it is difficult to control the quality of machine. Therefore Lanteky is dedicated to independently manufacturing core components. With continuous expansion of Lanteky and adoption of core technology from U.S. HPM Corporation, we will soon achieve the goal that core components are 100% self-made.
