Lanteky is determined to build an advanced manufacturing platform. Complying with ISO9001:2008 International Quality Management System, Lanteky is equipped with world's leading machining facilities like "TOSHIBA", "MORI SEIKI" , "MARZAK", "OKUMA" from Japan and "TOS" heavy-duty boring and milling processing line from Czech. These processing facilities ensure the machining quality of important parts.
Precise Detecting Equipments

Advanced detecting equipments are used to inspect the precision of components, including KISLER high-precision clamping force detector, TYKE oscillograph , MIRLE controlling system tester, RAYTEK infrared thermometer, TES multi-function noise detector, supersonic crack detector, electric energy and mass analyzer and hardness detector, etc.

The Switzerland-imported high precision clamping force detector ensures accurate and safe clamping force of each machine.

Complete Quality Control Procedure

No Less Than 72 Hours of Continuous Load Test before Delivery

To prevent unqualified products entering into the market, every machine has to undergo a no less than 72-hour continuous load test before delivery. Moreover, every process step has scientific and strict regulations and instructions. Rigorous quality control and test procedure ensure the best condition of every machine to be delivered.
